If we take on this perspective, what does that mean for how we support people to learn….
We must provide opportunities for observations, for questioning and reflecting….
We must also provide space and time for conversations….
I am currently reading “Blink” by Malcolm Gladwell. He writes about the decisions or judgements that we make in a blink – and how often the quick impressions that we make become confused when we need to explain them. He talks about how experts learn to interpret these quick judgements, and that this is how they develop their skills in discernment.
